Provide market analysis and property valuation consultation
Property walk through to discuss how best to prepare for listing
Suggest ways to best present property on the market by making updates, painting, decluttering, landscaping, staging etc.
Assist in home prep process by meeting with contractors, etc.
Create and explain all listing agreement documents between Agent and Seller.
Create dynamic listing on the MLS with professional photography.
Work with Marketing Company to create interesting social media content, eblasts to Agents, and printed collateral to advertise property.
Schedule and attend showings and open houses and maintain contact with Showing Agents for feedback.
Evaluate and discuss offers.
Contract management and review.
Coordination of the entire sale process start-to-finish with active communication with Buyer Agent, Inspections, Title Company, Lender, Appraisers, etc.
Review inspection report (if provided)
Obtain estimates for items requested by Buyer
Negotiate with Buyer Agent
Assist with Loan and Insurance requests
Coordinate closing at Title Company
