As a full-service agent, I take a hands-on approach to helping my clients. Here are some ways I will guide you through one of the biggest transactions of your life:

  • Provide market analysis and property valuation consultation

  • Property walk through to discuss how best to prepare for listing

  • Suggest ways to best present property on the market by making updates, painting, decluttering, landscaping, staging etc.

  • Assist in home prep process by meeting with contractors, etc.

  • Create and explain all listing agreement documents between Agent and Seller.

  • Create dynamic listing on the MLS with professional photography.

  • Work with Marketing Company to create interesting social media content, eblasts to Agents, and printed collateral to advertise property.

  • Schedule and attend showings and open houses and maintain contact with Showing Agents for feedback.

  • Evaluate and discuss offers.

  • Contract management and review.

  • Coordination of the entire sale process start-to-finish with active communication with Buyer Agent, Inspections, Title Company, Lender, Appraisers, etc.

    • Review inspection report (if provided)

    • Obtain estimates for items requested by Buyer

    • Negotiate with Buyer Agent

    • Assist with Loan and Insurance requests

    • Coordinate closing at Title Company
